Three doors for Seat Leon 2013: first approach to the new Leon Cupra and Leon SC

Newly introduced in the new Seat Leon society and its first known data and images officially, the five-door body will have a special prominence in the full range of the model. Will undoubtedly lead to the majority of sales, but unlike the first two generations of the compact Spanish in the near future the Seat Leon will have many more body variants.

In this newly released third generation of the Seat Leon hatchback body released the commercial launch of the model, but as we say, there will be more: the compact three-door body will, unpublished until now, that could be called SportCoupe Seat Leon (abbreviating , Seat Leon SC), following the trend marked by the Ibiza. But that’s not all, and also expect a station wagon ST (SportTourer) and could even see a compact SUV derived directly from Leon.

Theophilus Chin, again, has been to work imagining what could be the future Seat Leon SC three-door, with unofficial recreations made on the basis of computer model and presented a five-door. The truth is that it expects a more sporty design for the Lion SportCoupé, somewhat along the lines of the Volkswagen Scirocco.

Developments in design should come from the B pillar, down slightly steeper roof and rear fins more marked and a sharper rear side window over the five-door. The basic features of this Seat Leon SC on the back will be inspired, no doubt, in Ibe Concept Seat and Seat Ibiza SC in the present. And is that similar exterior design issue between Ibiza and Leon hatchback are evident.

For Seat Leon ST family, as well as derived from compact SUV, may still be too early, but not for the new Seat Leon Cupra. The third generation of the Spanish model Cupra variant will also have the most athletic and powerful member of the FR over the finish (which we know its aesthetics).

It is safe to venture that will also be available with three-door body for the first time, but when Virtuel Car and dared to photoshopear the future Seat Leon Cupra hatchback. Also these recreations seem to be on track with a glossy black front grille, with grille-shaped honeycomb mirrors in black and exclusive wheels.

In the back we have to wait a specific diffuser and an exhaust outlet view (perhaps in a central position, as in these recreations?). Beyond the renewed speculation, what is certain is that the Seat Leon Cupra hatchback will not be too hard to get in time. He looks the 2.0 TSI with 265/270 hp, already known from other VW Group models or the same Seat Leon Cupra R of the current generation.
